ME Bank — A Black Vault Experience
What We Did
Conceptualised and delivered a large-scale, multi-day consumer activation in the form of a custom black vault. Led all creative direction, spatial design, and end-to-end production. Designed and implemented the full technical framework, integrating digital touchpoints and immersive technology throughout the experience. Partnered with Lune Croissanterie on bespoke black croissants, alongside custom chrome cans and uniforms, creating a cohesive visual language from exterior to interior. Managed all partners, fabrication, logistics, and on-ground execution.
Outcome
A category-defining consumer activation that delivered exceptional scale and performance. Across the multi-day program, the experience engaged over 160,000 consumers, driven by strong foot traffic, extended dwell time, and repeat visitation. Our integrated conversion and lead-generation framework captured tens of thousands of qualified interactions, translating physical engagement into measurable brand and customer outcomes.
The black vault became a landmark destination within the precinct — visually striking, highly photographed, and widely shared — generating sustained organic reach well beyond the live activation period. The program positioned ME Bank as bold, progressive, and culturally fluent, demonstrating how experiential design, technology, and conversion strategy can work together to deliver both brand impact and tangible commercial results.
