What We Offer

Experiential Weddings

Weddings sit at the intersection of ritual, place, and gathering. Emotional, logistical, and deeply personal, they require clarity as much as care.

We approach each celebration as a complete environment, guiding the process from early concept through to final execution with a focus on proportion, pacing, and quiet confidence. Our work often spans multiple days and destinations, always led with intention and restraint.

Corporate & Brand Events

Corporate events bring together message, audience, and space in real time. They demand structure, precision, and creative discipline to perform at scale. We lead each project from concept through to delivery, shaping experiences that communicate clearly, function seamlessly, and feel considered in every detail.

HOW WE WORK

Alexandra Collins channels her background in art and design into tactile, striking work and immersive wedding experiences. Building on the international recognition of One Mimosa Please, her long-established event stationery studio, she expanded into event styling and production — naturally merging creative direction with execution. Through One Martini Please, Alexandra approaches weddings as deeply considered, one-of-a-kind celebrations, shaped by place, people, and intention rather than templates or trends, and guided by a thoughtful, collaborative process from concept through to delivery.

Every celebration is built from the ground up. From early concept and planning through to styling, vendor curation, and on-site execution, decisions are made in service of the overall experience. Alexandra is supported by a close-knit team of senior planners, ensuring continuity, expertise, and calm oversight throughout the journey.

One Martini Please specialises in full-service wedding planning and production, working with a limited number of couples each year to allow for depth, focus, and a finely tuned outcome.

“One Martini Please brought vision, precision, and a sense of ease to the entire process. Every decision felt thoughtful, and the end result was beyond anything we expected.”
